I first met Gordon Pinsent at Windsor Arms at a private party given by Eddie Cogan. We chatted about some magnificent beaujolais we were quaffing with oodles of giant shrimps. A bit of talk about my Newfie Name and Newfie Grandfather. later we had the same bank in Forest Hill village for a couple of years and we would chat in line now and then mostly about Newfoundland.
